How is abuse of a corpse? Are they sure the baby wasn’t breathing?
Probably just going with what they can verifiably charge her with, and hold her. I assume that they can upgrade charges at a later date.
I’m going over other stories of this. The baby was born in amniotic sac. I’m not sure if she miscarried or just had a en caul birth.
If she took the abortion pill it would have caused this too and she had a dead baby. So yes flushing the child down is abuse of a corps. Yet Planned Parenthood.. oh never mind.
