When Almeda took our community, we were never evacuated or warned. 911 wouldn’t even report that fire was coming. The radio reported all day that the fire was out!
The woman in charge of emergency services decided it would confuse senior CITIZENS if they were warned..I kid you not. That’s a quote.
But they evacuated people 30 friggin miles away.
