I saw this at the NY World's Fair in the 60's and remember it vividly.
It actually takes real skill to create something to true to life.

The Pieta. I recall studying it in Art History.
Imagine using a hard marble stone to create all those smooth curves in the drapery. You can’t make too many mistakes if marble is your medium.
