I just came across this story accidentally and this is crazy! I knew Carroll Jarnigan in 1973-4. He was living in Handley, Texas, his house faced Rose Hill Cemetary, Oswald was buried a few hundred feet away! A friend said if we took him a bottle of whiskey he would let us fish for bass in his ponds. We did, several times, the fishing was good. He would rant about the FBI, the assassination, Ruby, attempts on his life, etc. He would make sense and then not make sense, kind of in and out. He would wear an overcoat in 95 degree weather, which is common with the mentally ill. He would read long poems which seemed to have messages in them but I couldn't figure them out. I can't believe I came across this article!

It appears Oswald was the patsy. Ruby took out the patsy to cover the professional hit. Interesting that HW was in town that day
