You're the ignorant one. One of the reasons Johnson was elected Speaker in October of 2023 was that he sought to introduce single subject Bills, and Bills that would fund one department, instead of having spending Bills full of a bunch of crap. He never even tried to do that until the last government funding Bill that went virile, and it threatened his seat as Speaker.
In October 2023 when he was elected, this is what he said: "We're going to serve the people of this country. We're going to restore their faith in this Congress, in this institution of government."
