Do it like getting a pope. Have the Senate accept the vote of the electors next Monday as scheduled, then have the Majority Leader (Thune) go to Trump and ask him, “Acceptasne electionem de te canonice factam in Summum Presidentem?” Then when Trump agrees, ask him, “Quo nomine vis vocari?” Trump could then say, "President Trump," and it would be over.
And just say “The country is broke, we can’t afford it.”
