If the EU keeps this crap up, Russia will need to fully Liberate Ukraine, just to be able to reach their friends in Europe.

Ukraine was already liberated when the Soviet Union broke up. What you're talking about is the opposite of liberation.

Hungary and Slovakia are supplying The Ukraine with the majority of its imported electricity.

Good way to get the switch thrown.

POLAND is threatening to "take up the slack" if Fico cuts off the green goblin.

Why should Ukraine worry about two nations that don’t worry about Ukraine?

Here’s the reason I, from Virginia, should be concerned about people in Maine, or Great Britain, or for that matter, other people in Virginia: they worry about me. It’s mutual defense.

As for Ukraine, we could have done for Ukraine what we did for Hungary in 1956 or Czechoslovakia in 1968. “Could have.” There are times, for selfish reasons, you let things go. Things worked out well in in the case of eastern Europe in that the Soviet Union fell apart, as it would inevitably fall apart, at which point we won the Cold War.

By such reasoning, Great Britain stood by and let Germany take the Sudetenland and, then, the rest of Czechoslovakia. That didn’t work out well. Great Britain didn’t win “peace in our time,” but soon found itself in an existential war with Nazi Germany.

As to where we are at this time regarding Ukraine is a matter of opinion. We have one president at a time and, mostly the opinion that counts, now, is Donald Trump’s.

Ukraine always was Russian territory... literally owned for many centuries.

A lot of the FR’s harpy-toads pretend that entire history is vapor. The nation was created by RUSSIANS in 1991 specifically as a buffer to NATO.

3rd party meddling, by bad actors like Biden, Nuland and the green midget got us - and Europe- where we are now.

American last neocons, the MIC and mystery-meat FReepers would rather bankrupt us, or even resort to nukes than lose their money and global dreams.

No how many dead, injured or ruined.
