Wow, quite the story. Looks like he began the tradition of rock and pop concerts during the Presidential campaign, with so many rock, pop, and country stars supporting him.
Those musicians didn’t make a bit of difference and should have stayed out of it. I don’t even want to know because I don’t want to have to decide whether I still like them. Carter was disappointing and the best thing I could say about him being president is that Jerry Brown was in the primary that year.
