There is a long list of problems with the country of Georgia's recent elections, including:

1. Government control -- provisions of new laws that allow greater government control over the Central Election Commission (CEC) and other election bodies.

2. Registration limits -- new regulations make it more difficult for ethnic minorities and rural populations to register to vote.

3. Media restricted -- limits on independent media reports about election-related issues.

4. International observers -- reduced ability of international observers to monitor & confirm elections.

   The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) reported:

5. Parliamentary elections in Georgia passed with "massive violations" that undermined public confidence and violated the country's international obligations.

6. Violations of voting secrecy -- instances where the secrecy of the vote was compromised, affecting voter privacy

7. Intimidation and pressure on voters -- reports of voters being intimidated or pressured.

8. Exit polls showed the ruling Georgian Dream party received only 41% of the vote, while the official results showed 54%.

To me these all sound very similar to the US 2020 election, where there were many complaints, but none that resulted in significant overturns of results.
