an employee in a blue shirt
one man in a white T-shirt
the yellow floor signs
the man in the white shirt
the man in white

Lots of colors in this story. But I think they're skipping one.

Things might look dark in the writer’s career if they added that color.

The History Channel show that had the origins of Good Humor said people mistrusted buying anything edible from someone they didn’t know using the truck as the sales point.

The founder noted that all cars and trucks were black and that people associated that color with fear, the forbidden, the dangerous and especially the dirty or unhealthy. The show had pictures of hospitals and WWI treatment centers moving to all white surroundings, white uniforms and hats for nurses, white coats for doctors and other things to allow cleanliness to be apparent for good hygiene. A brand new trend in early 1900s.

So he made the shocking change to white trucks and white uniforms with white dress shirts and hats for the Good Humor drivers.
The sales took off after that.
