Exposing the J6 Committee
TRUTH OVER NEWS ^ | 18 Dec, 2024 | Jeff Carlson & Hans Mahncke

Loudermilk’s new report destroys Cheney and the J6 Narrative and sheds new light on disturbing actions by Pentagon Officials.

Rep Barry Loudermilk and the House subcommittee on Oversight have released their long-awaited report on the actions of the Pelosi-appointed “Select Committee on January 6”. And the report is damning.

Loudermilk makes clear from the outset that Democrats and members of the J6 Committee hampered his investigation at virtually every turn, noting that “my subcommittee staff have faced incredible obstacles in pursuit of the truth; missing and deleted documents, hidden evidence, unaccounted for video footage, and uncooperative bureaucrats.”

In addition to the more publicized conclusions, Loudermilk also included some damning findings involving top Pentagon officials. As we noted when Loudermilk’s report came out, we have a major problem with the Department of Defense. More on that a bit later on.

The actions taken by members of the J6 Committee were so egregious that Loudermilk concluded that the entirety of the J6’s work should be completely discredited.

“The Select Committee’s decision to craft its narrative almost exclusively on the unchallenged, uncorroborated claims of one witness fails to meet even the most basic investigative standards and as a result the Select Committee’s Final Report lacks any credibility.”

More importantly, Loudermilk’s findings absolutely destroy Liz Cheney, going so far as to recommend that Cheney be investigated by the FBI for her actions: “Based on the evidence obtained by this Subcommittee, numerous federal laws were likely broken by Liz Cheney, the former Vice Chair of the January 6 Select Committee, and these violations should be investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.”

Let’s hope Kash Patel personally oversees Cheney’s investigation.

Loudermilk also found that the January 6 Select Committee was improperly constituted and lacked authority. Moreover, he concluded that the January 6 Select Committee neglected or withheld evidence from its Final Report and deleted voluminous records it should have preserved.

Loudermilk’s conclusion was that Cheney “used the January 6 Select Committee as a tool to attack President Trump, at the cost of investigative integrity and Capitol security.” As we all knew from the start, the J6 Committee was an illegitimate and illegal political witch hunt.

Loudermilk repeatedly demonstrated that the much-touted testimony from “star witness” Cassidy Hutchinson (Coordinator for Legislative Affairs for then White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows) was not only incorrect, it was entirely dishonest and fabricated - done in an attempt to cater to Cheney’s wishes.

Loudermilk found that Cheney colluded with Hutchinson without Hutchinson’s attorney’s knowledge. These secret communications with a witness are not only unethical and improper, according to Loudermilk’s report they likely violate 18 U.S.C. 1512.

As a result of Cheney’s actions, Loudermilk determined that “Cheney should be investigated for potential criminal witness tampering based on the new information about her communication” with Hutchinson.

Loudermilk also determined that Cheney should be investigated by the FBI for violating 18 U.S.C. 1622, which prohibits any person from procuring another person to commit perjury. As Loudermilk wrote in his report, “The FBI must immediately review the testimony given by Hutchinson…to determine if she also lied in her FBI interview, and, if so, the role former Representative Cheney played in instigating Hutchinson to radically change her testimony.”

Loudermilk provided a series of findings regarding the many outrageous claims by Hutchinson that were made in the televised J6 Committee hearings. His determinations disprove every major Cheney-driven media narrative that surrounded President Trump:

Select Committee Findings and Evidence that Disprove Cassidy Hutchinson’s Allegations

- FINDING 1: President Trump did not attack his Secret Service detail at any time on January 6.

- FINDING 2: There was no pre-planned off-the-record move to the Capitol in the days leading up to January 6.

- FINDING 3: There is no evidence that President Trump agreed with rioters chanting “hang Mike Pence.”

- FINDING 4: Cassidy Hutchinson falsely claimed to have drafted a handwritten note for President Trump on January 6.

- FINDING 5: President Trump did not have intelligence indicating violence on the morning of January 6.

- FINDING 6: Cassidy Hutchinson lied about the classification status of documents to disparage Mark Meadows.

- FINDING 7: Representative Cheney and Cassidy Hutchinson attempted to disbar Stefan Passantino.

- FINDING 8: Cassidy Hutchinson misrepresented President Trump’s actions at Lafayette Square Park in the summer of 2020.

Every accusation the J6 Committee pushed out, every breathless claim the media amplified on their behalf, was a carefully orchestrated lie. They were convinced that Trump was going to lose. They were convinced their actions would help to ensure that loss. They were wrong. Which may help to explain why Cheney suddenly joined Kamala’s Campaign. It also explains why Cheney hasn’t posted anything since Trump won the election....SNIP

Not to mention numerous videos of Metro, Capitol police and FBI instigating much of the beginning violence.

The countless people they murdered can get some justice from the grave.

Not immediately, but ONLY after noon on January 20, 2025 with Kash Patel firmly in control of the FBI. Anything sooner and the whole thing will be quickly buried.

Even if SloJoe pardons Lizard Liz, I maintain she must be tried in absentia, to establish the official result that she is a traitor, and felon on multiple counts.
Maybe she can’t be sentenced, but can she still be tried & convicted? Perhaps there are also other crimes found in discovery.

Dems will muck things up so Trump can’t get anything done—get the MAGA groups fighting—NeoCons vs. Peacenics. Pro-Life Abortion banners vs. the Exceptionalists who OK early abortions. Division, Christians vs. Liberal Churchmen. We must be ready for their attacks from every quarter. Goal get Trump with the death of a thousand cuts. If you can’t get him—or his family—get his friends. Its going to be ugly.

Let the people see what happened—free the prisoners, jail the ones who were involved. The cop who shot the poor woman should go to jail or the chair.

And Biden cannot pardon her as it will admit guilt. No wonder Jeffries tried to sneak in protections for the J6 committee into the CR.

Jeffries should be brought before the ethics committee and held accountable. For Cheney, I foresee a class action lawsuit by those imprisoned due to the J6 committee’s actions. And since Cheney is no longer in office, my hope is the government doesn’t pick up the tab.

Given those where the findings, it appears that Hutchinson must have cut a deal because to be mentioned that often as a principal and not be referred is a tad hard to fathom.

A four year inquisition on some who were peacefully present is beyond an embarrassment to the nation. It is something Torquemada would have been the instigator at.

When peg leg gets out of rehab, put her in the cauldron too. Regardless of her trying to stay above the fray, she was the orchestrator as much as the actual conductor.

What has been obvious to me over the past at least 8 years is the voting public has no control over this government. When being an office holder became a career with pensions etc it became a job.

Yeah, yeah, do you think they haven’t been trying that all along? It’s been 9 long years of “get Trump”. It’s not working.
The People spoke loud and clear in Nov., drastic change for the better is coming. Don’t be defeated.
