Report: DEI contractors will be first to go at Pentagon

One of the first things the new Trump administration will do at the Pentagon is a wholesale firing of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) contractors, a report said.

TOPICS: Chit/Chat
KEYWORDS:
“If you’ve been in charge of, if you’re a contractor, anyone that’s been leading the front on DEI can expect to see being fired pretty much on Day One,” former Trump White House spokesman Sean Spicer said in a post to X.

An investigation by Parents Defending Education (PDE) found that the department sank more than $1 billion into grants to K-12 school districts and universities from 2021 to 2024 for DEI hires, programs and “mental health/social emotional learning.”

“You reap what you sow, and it is very clear that this administration’s Department of Education has been incentivizing the advancement of far-left ideologies into American schools in place of rigorous, proven methods of instruction,” said PDE researcher Rhyen Staley.

The PDE report found that the department under the Biden-Harris regime awarded 229 DEI-related grants to schools in 42 states and the District of Columbia. At least 296 K-12 schools received funding. “The message has gone out that anybody who’s been in charge of DEI at any level should be getting their resume in order,” added Spicer, who has been reporting on military transition officials, including Robert Wilkie, the former undersecretary of defense for personnel and readiness.

It’s not just a problem there. Talk to any Boeing retiree. When they bought McDonnell-Douglas, that was when everything went downhill. Some will go so far as to describe it as Boeing cutting their own throats. They brought all of the MD management in and *that’s* when all of the unspoken racial and gender quotas started. That’s when they put promoting unqualified people merely for quota purposes into high gear.

And the destinations for a lot of those DEI-before-we-called-it-DEI people? Middle-management and QA.

The problems of Boeing today should come as no surprise to anyone. They certainly aren’t to anyone who remembers it before the merger.

Now, what are those “studies” graduates going to do?
I think, we just solved the hospitality industry job problems!

Saw an interesting Rasmussen report. Kamala ‘s black staffers felt their ideas were ignored. They were hired to do a political job, but their only qualification was skin color. Since they didn’t know how to do the job their input was ignored. Except ignoring their input was interpreted as racism. Hilarious.

Number 2 to go has to be its PROPAGANDA DEPARTMENT, which used to not even be legal.

DEI offices at all universities need to be shut down.

They’re a plague on the intellectual landscape.

“If you’ve been in charge of, if you’re a contractor, anyone that’s been leading the front on DEI can expect to see being fired pretty much on Day One,”

And there was much rejoicing among soldiers, civil servants, and contractors who concentrate on finding, fixing, and destroying the enemy ...

“DEI offices at all universities need to be shut down.”

State legislatures and state governors should be exercising their oversight powers to eliminate wasteful spending, such as DEI programs.

Private universities can allocate funds however they wish. Wealthy alumni donors can influence spending priorities if they speak up.

They were the world’s leaders in the aerospace industry. Merging with McDonnell Douglas took them out.

Trump should go there and tell them “You’re fired!” personally. Would get great ratings!

FL banned DEI at public universities in 2023.

AL, UT, IA banned it this year.
