Russia has developed its own mRNA vaccine against cancer, it will be distributed to patients free of charge, General Director of the Radiology Medical Research Center of the Russian Ministry of Health Andrey Kaprin has told Radio Rossiya, APA reports citing TASS.

Russia is having a hard time paying the bills, due to cost of the war in Ukraine, and the sanctions.
Perhaps this is a cost savings measure, in lieu of expensive surgeries, radiation and chemotherapy.
Just give folks a shot in the arm, and tell them to take two aspirins, and wait for it to work. Results may vary, or not occur at all.

Why would I be disappointed? I've never suggested Mr. Trump was "on Putin's side". In fact, Mr. Trump is clearly on America's side, which might disappoint those who want him to continue FJB's policies...

cancer is a wide variety of diseases with a wide variety of causes, so anyone claiming they’ve developed an all-purpose “cancer vaccine” is incompletely full of shit ... and anyone who might voluntarily take such a “cancer vaccine” deserves whatever happens to them ...
