i dont believe it... there is no evidence our “superior minds” in government are right about anything so how can we just blindly trust some authors vivid imagination. there is no concrete proof, a scale, to measure the red shift spectrum accurately. the original established scale is a guess. they should outright state that its estimated. the way its worded its a concrete fact.
