A representative of the 57-year-old said he "had to get stitches and is recovering" after the incident at Mr Chow's restaurant in Beverly Hills.
They told Sky News' US partner network NBC News that someone at another table "threw a glass that hit him in the mouth" and the matter is now in "law enforcement's hands".
It comes as Beverly Hills Police Department (BHPD) said they received a call shortly after 10pm local time on Friday about a "possible assault with a deadly weapon" at the restaurant.
Officers arrived at the scene and determined the report was "unfounded" and that instead the incident involved a "physical altercation between parties".

Weird because on the show Alaska gold or whatever the name is, the participants were in a bar and one fella was “pissed at another”, and got in a fight and “smashed his bar drink glass in the face of the other fella”. You could clearly hear the “glass break” BUT, i suspected it was fake, and went frame by frame, and no, the glass did not break DESPITE the show dubbing in the sound of glass breaking.
And what do you know? Nobody was arrested for “Assault with a deadly weapon” either despite there supposedly being evidence of it on video.
I confronted the show on their website about the fakeness of the whole affair, and they denied it was fake, and I asked “if it was real. Thenwhy did you dub in the sound of glass smashing when so and so supposedly “smashed his glass in the face of so and so? And why when I go frame by frame does it show the two fighters throwing what is clearly Hollywood punches which miss the other person? And why did you feel the need to jump from camera to camera so that the audience would not see what was really going on unless they went through the scen frame by frame like i did?”

And yes, I have no life- lol
There’s very little “real” about a reality TV show, its mostly fabricated.....which is why the Robertson family of Duck Dynasty fame had so much trouble with the A&E network.....the network wanted them to gin up drama on the show and they refused.....being of strong Christian faith it didn’t sit right.
Kudos to them for standing up for Christianity and not bending to the secular world.
Well that’s what you get when you have a former A-lister holding a party where there are no A-listers.
They had A-list security at the door with metal detectors checking for heat.
Obviously the animal that threw the glass would have rather popped a cap if he had had his nine.

I watch the Bearing Sea Gold series......reality shows are a lot like pro wrestling.....you just have to treat it as entertainment and understand that embellishments are added to make it more interesting.

That was the name of it- the fella that supposedly smashed the glass in the other fellas face, was named Scott- the fella he play fought was Vernon.
The funniest part was the channel representative on their website trying to claim it was real.

A perfect example of why some people should stay as far away from alcohol as possible......the bar fight was staged to be sure but one thing WAS real, that psyco had a very nasty temper.....”gingers” usually do. 😏
He was a hothead for sure unless he was told to act that way for the drama in the show. I wonder what he is up to today? I’ll have to look it up lol
