LeBron James steps away from Lakers for ‘personal reasons’ as he plays some of the worst basketball of his career

LeBron James appears to be searching for answers as he steps away from the Lakers amid a worrying decline and swirling trade rumors.

“LeBron is not with the team right now,” Redick told reporters while at practice on Wednesday. “He’s out for personal reasons, excused absence.”

James missed his first game of the season on Sunday against the Blazers — a 107-98 victory — after previously setting a goal to play all 82 in his age-40 season.

Redick added that James would “take some time” after struggling mightily in his last few games, including an 0-for-20 stretch from beyond the 3-point line.

If any James should step away it’s the son.
He sucks.
Nepo Baby.

“I did see Bird one time. He was getting a VIP tour of the Vertical Assembly Building at Kennedy Space Center. I said ‘Hey Larry!’. He waved.”

He must have liked the building because it was the first building he ever entered without having to duck.

“He’s still upset over Kamelala getting her Jamaican butt kicked.”

Trump broke him.

That was my first thought too.
He was at the white parties with Diddy.
He is probably concerned he is going to be named in lawsuits. Just like JayZ was just named.

I am biased because I HATE LEBRON. He is everything that is wrong with the NBA.

“”I hear he is going to China to cry.””

And count all of the Chicom $$$$ he has raked in, thanks to the slave laboring Uighurs.

I tried watching pro b-ball a few times, but cannot get over the number of penalties and the amount of travelling that is not whistled down. In my high school years, two infractions and the coach pulled you for the rest of the quarter. These “professionals” are doing it constantly throughout the game.

AGE vs. Athlete has a perfect record. Age has NEVER lost.

LeBron has seen the NBA shrink in popularity during his career. He is a very UN-likeable person who has too much to say about everything. Much like Obama, people are weary of him.

LeBron needs to adjust his game because he is aging. He's 6'9 so he should dominate the boards and focus on his mid-range jumper. If he plays like that, he could extend his career for another year or two, similar to Kareem Abdul-Jabbar who played into his 40s.

But I think he's mentally done.

MJ “retired” to avoid getting busted for gambling. Meanwhile LeBron has been playing for 21 years. 17 of those his team made the playoffs, 9 of those playoff season involved more than 20 games. The guy has more miles on him than anybody.

Other NBA stars like Magic, Bird, Jordan and even Kobe were all more popular than LeBron.

LeBron is talented but his personality stinks so you can't really market him at all.

Just look at Tiger Woods. Golf took off due to his star power.

It must be all that white supremacy in the NBA holding him down. Imagine his suffering. He was forced to earn a billion dollars by chasing a ball.

LeBron is without question the best at whatever sport the NBA became after the 90’s.
