I hate to deliver the bad news but AI software is already on millions of cell phones all over the world.
This is just going to get worse and worse as more sophisticated versions get downloaded on to cell phones.
There is no plug to pull.

I am somewhat suspicious of this. Where are they getting the AI reflecting on its intended deception? Quotes from it planning nefarious schemes.
