Chuck Norris has revealed his mother, Wilma, has died at the age of 103.
The “Walker, Texas Ranger” star announced his mom’s death in a post on Instagram Friday.
Norris, 84, shared a series of photos with his mother and said she passed away earlier this week.
“Wednesday morning, my brother Aaron and I’s wonderful mother went home to be with Jesus,” Norris captioned his post. “Our mom was a woman of unwavering faith, a beacon of light in our lives, and her love reflected God’s grace.”
“Growing up, her laughter filled our home with joy, and her hugs provided a sense of safety that we will forever cherish.”
Norris continued, “She had a remarkable way of making everyone feel special, often putting the needs of others before her own. From my earliest memories, she taught me the importance of kindness and compassion.”
“I am so thankful for the countless lessons she shared, the prayers she lifted for us, and the way she embodied the love of Christ every day.”
The star signed the post, “We love you, Mom. Until we meet again.”
Last year, Norris celebrated his mom’s birthday on Facebook, writing that she was “so full of life that she might make it another 100 years!”
He added that he was “overwhelmed with gratitude to God” for his mother and “wouldn’t be the man I am” without her.

The Grim Reaper looks under his bed for Chuck Norris
(1) Condolences Mr. Norris.
(2) 103 years? Ms. Wilma actually lives through massive changes in the world that most of us just read about. Wow.
My MD says I’ll live to be 100. It’s a mixed blessing.
My son died three years ago, my younger sister died last month. My daughter and niece are only relatives still living. And only my daughter lives close enough to see frequently.
We all need someone to love.
