With such a great advantage, why hasn’t Russia captured a single Ukrainian regional capital city in 3 years?
Volume does not mean better.
Russia was shooting 10 shells for every 1 Ukrainian shell at the begging of the war.
Russian artillery has decreased to only. 1.5 shells per Ukrainian shell.
Remember 70-1 but go with the 50% if it makes you feel better
