Russian artillery has decreased to only. 1.5 shells per Ukrainian shell.

As the article notes, Russia has compensated with glide bombs. However, that mode of attack puts a heck of a lot of hours on the Russian planes’ airframes.
Also, part of the change in ratio is due to increased shell production by the Euro’s.
