Ditto - and the recipe I use includes tomatoes (peeled, seeded, chopped), bell peppers, Serrano or jalapeño peppers, cucumbers, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, and spicy V8 juice for kick. Dash of Worcestershire sauce for umami, if desired.
