Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Friday that Moscow could deploy its Oreshnik intermediate-range ballistic missiles system in Belarus in the second half of 2025, Russian state media said.

Putin was responding to a request by Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko during a summit in Minsk. He said Belarus would determine the targets for Oreshniks deployed on its territory.

Good. Now let’s dismantle NATO and de-escalate the situation.

Yes. They can select from a list of two targets. And no two can go to the same place. LOL

Putin wills it, and submission will protect us?

“Submission“ is a crude globohomo distortion of reality.

It is exactly what you are desiring, Putin makes threats so the West and America disbands and ends its entire 32 nation defensive alliance in response to him, a total submission.

It is not a defensive alliance. It is an insidious, provocative front of the MIC.

A seventy five year old defensive alliance that saved Europe from Russian domination, freed 100s of millions and saved the world from Communism.

Times change. The idealistic policies of decades past have been replaced by rapacious military contractor-driven hegemonic actions that view the world as a playfield to sow instability and reap the benefits.

Evidently times didn’t change, bloody Russia is on the move again and NATO is still in its way, the largest European war since WWII launched by Russia has forced NATO to wake up from its dormancy and reactivate and is even forcing new countries to join the defensive alliance to protect themselves.

Lol, the listings of military expenditures by country, even your outdated list, has nothing to do with the facts in my post.

What's really funny is being told for the last three years that "PUTIN IS LITERALLY HITLER, AND IF WE DON'T STOP HIM HE'LL CONQUER EUROPE!!!" You want to talk about facts? The Ruskie 'clown car' army is "on the move", all right, crawling around in the Ukrainian mud like a turtle dyin' of old age. But lucky for us, "NATO is still in its way!" No surprise there: NATO countries spend 12 TIMES AS MUCH on their militaries as Russia does. Here's a simple, indisputable fact: NATO is the current heavyweight champ of Europe, and Russia is a 50-year-old, has-been middleweight.

Except for their nuclear forces, of course! But all of the clairvoyants, gypsy fortune tellers, and Ukraine patriots who post here swear up and down, "PUTIN WON'T EVER USE NUKES, NO MATTER HOW MUCH WE ESCALATE!" Which highlights the most comical aspect of Ukrainian/Biden admin propaganda - they insist Russian conventional forces are an existential threat (when they're not), but also insist that Russian nuclear forces are not a threat (when they are). Bass-ackwards, as usual!

Guess we'll see if Commander-in-Chief "Dementia Joe" gets World War III started before he leaves office - he certainly has lots of oblivious Americans cheering him on !

You don’t think Russia is a threat in the future after consolidating its war gains and rebuilding its military capabilities but you think that Russia may launch WWII soon, interesting take.

Look at what you're calling the "outdated list" in my post #12 - how long do you think Russia will need to spend "consolidating its war gains and rebuilding its military capabilities", when they're currently spending less than 10% of what NATO militaries receive? Twenty years to catch up to NATO, if their economy gets 'super-charged' by the addition of the eastern fringe of Ukraine? Doubtful - keep in mind, western military budgets are not static. And even at the height of Soviet power, the forces of the other Warsaw Pact countries were required to pose a credible threat to NATO, while today every Warsaw Pact country except Russia is a member of NATO, and opposed to their old ally. I doubt Russia will ever catch up, or gain enough ground to constitute a conventional military threat to NATO.

Finally, take another look at that "outdated list" - the country that ranks just behind the US in military spending (China) has a budget OVER 3 TIMES BIGGER than Russia. They are no doubt laughing their heads off, while #1 and #3 waste money and resources in a pissing contest, that could have been settled two years ago. And it's probably not a coincidence that our current Commander-in-Chief has family business interests in both China and Ukraine...

You don’t think Russia is a threat yet they are ranked at #1 or #2 as the top threat to America and president Trump treated them as such in his military planning and budgets, you should tell all those European countries they are wasting billions and tons of political capitol by thinking Russia is a threat and acting accordingly, be sure and notify the 2 new members who just recently panicked at the new Russian threat, not to mention the countries being invaded and conquered by them, and include the other panicking nations discussing seeking membership.

Is Russia a threat? They've got the largest nuclear arsenal on the planet - OF COURSE THEY'RE A THREAT, even if the mind-readers here spend 24 hours a day insisting Russia will never use its nukes. Are their conventional forces a threat to NATO? If they were, they would have taken Kiev last year, or the year before. It's absolutely comical, watching the same people claim the entire Russian economy is going to collapse because they can't win a war with pissant Ukraine, also screaming "OH MY GOD, RUSSIA WILL DEFEAT NATO IF WE DON'T STOP 'EM NOW!!!" I guess that's what happens when you believe the 'official narrative', instead of your own eyes...

Read post 17, the dozens of countries that know Russia best and that study and watch it the most and which are upending their budgets and politics to counter the Russia threat, see it differently than you, and that includes President Trump’s actions and spending when he was president, you don’t see the threat but even Switzerland does, and nations are fortifying themselves as we speak.

Hey, if you want to ignore the fact that France, Germany, and Great Britain (without the rest of NATO) spend TWICE AS MUCH on their militaries as does Russia, fine - maybe those Ruskies are superhuman, and don’t need modern weapons. And if you want to ignore the fact that the Russians can’t even take Kiev, but believe those same forces are somehow a threat to Warsaw, Berlin, Paris and London, knock yourself out. If you think the largest nuclear arsenal on the planet isn’t a threat, because “everybody knows they’ll never, ever use it”, you’ve got lots of company. Speaking of which, a majority of Congress voted this past spring to send billions more to Ukraine - which means almost every Democrat in Congress, and even some Republicans, agree with you (check the vote totals). And if you think “Honest Joe” Biden’s family business interests in Ukraine and China have nothing to do with the US going to war with Russia, you might want to look into buying the Brooklyn Bridge - I hear it’s for sale cheap...
