Outgoing President Joe Biden’s move of pardoning his corrupt son, Hunter Biden, is angering some Democrats who are threatening to withhold funding for his future presidential library.

The president's decision to pardon his son, despite previously insisting he would not, has sparked mixed reactions—both from the public and within his own party. Some Democratic lawmakers are so angered by the move that they consider directing their "rage" at his library project.

Who will go visit once it’s built? Every library took on a lot of donations worldwide. They also take on a lot of volunteers to work there. Will Bono perform at the opening in the rain?

Where in the Constitution does it say the Treasury should fund any Presidential library? This is a vanity project that should be funded privately.

Makes me wonder what “President” “Biden”’s library would contain?

A couple comic books and some porn?

Why don’t they just build a reading room out in Obongo’s “presidential” library. That would be more factually accurate.

FTA-——Biden pardoning ne’er do well crackhead Hunter, despite previously insisting he would not, has sparked angry reactions—both from the public and within his own party.

Some Democratic lawmakers are so angered they are directing their “rage” at his library project. The library, planned for Biden’s home state of Delaware, is being built by White House Deputy Chief of Staff Annie Tomasini and Anthony Bernal, senior adviser to First Lady Jill Biden.

The tradition started with Franklin D. Roosevelt and is funded by private donors, state and local governments, and university partners. The National Archives and Records Administration maintains it, and they are used to house presidents’ papers and documents after they leave office.

Sources told Axios that not one donor has yet mentioned contributing to Biden’s presidential library.

“They would have been doing the work on this over the summer — right after he announced he was stepping aside,” a Democrat told the outlet. “Now, it’s just too late. Hopefully, they are rightsizing their expectations and budget!”

Axios acknowledged that Biden is "widely disliked" by the
public...... and even by members of the Democratic Party
.

Biden's self-serving pardon will most likely negatively impact his legacy, exposing his
lifelong “selfishness," by pardoning whoremonger Hunter after repeatedly saying he wouldn’t.”

FTA-—Biden’s own family is “shocked” by the number of Democrats
trashing Hunter’s pardon decision...... even saying so “on the record.”

They expected some blowback — not a wicked backlash.

Biden’s best friends think it was nuts to pardon Hunter
then skip town for a three-day trip to, of all places, Africa.

Biden leaves office the ‘worst president’ in modern
history, according to voters in devastating poll
Daily Mail UK ^ | 12/06/2024 | Rob Crilly

Voters have delivered a devastating verdict on Joe Biden’s time in office, branding him the worst president in almost 50 years. An exclusive Daily Mail poll found Biden was less impressive than Jimmy Carter, who was voted out after a single term after presiding over double-digit inflation and a botched effort to rescue American hostages in Iran.

The poll result also makes Biden worse in voters’ minds than Richard Nixon, who was forced to resign rather than face impeachment over the devastating Watergate scandal.

Yet, when 1006 registered voters were asked to rank the last nine presidents in order, from best to worst, Biden came at the very bottom of the table, making him the worst in 47 years. Some 44 percent placed him as one of the worst two, while only 14 percent placed him in the top two, giving him a net score of 30 points underwater. (Excerpt) Read more at dailymail.co.uk ...

Some Democratic lawmakers are so angered by the move that they consider directing their "rage" at his library project.

Biden doesn't give a flying f***. These same lawmakers forced him to drop out of the race - he has no reason to care about any of them, least of all Nancy Pelosi. And presidential libraries are privately funded - he'll have no problem getting money for his library from the foreign nations who've been bribing him throughout his career.

UnwashedPeasant :" Where in the Constitution does it say the Treasury should fund any Presidential library?

Exactly true ! They should find funding through private donations, and not through the U.S. Treasury
After all, the "Family Syndicate" has been successful in obtaining clandestine international donations in the past
Don't forget that immediately prior to Hunter's pardon for firearms and collecting donations,
the Federal government was going to criminally charge Hunter for tax evasion arising from international clandestine donations not reported

They don’t care. Biden has one foot in the grave and one on a banana peel. Hunter, Jill, James, et al, are the only ones worried about the future. Expect a blanket ‘pardon out the door’ by Biden, literally as Trump takes over.........................
