This requires a GOP Swamp filth type in office for 20 years to agree to let part of his red district to move to a marginal blue area and allow some blue geography into his own district.

The GOP should immediately focus on the 2026 Congressional races to solidify control of the House and Senate. However there are also Governors races and state legislatures where gains could be made too.

Governors races. Va.is in 11 months. Any chance Trump can move those government workers to other states by then? Unlikely. Trump lost Va. by 250k votes.

Governors and senate races will stay the same. Will Kemp take on Ossify? Will Sununu take on Shaheen? Blue state retirements will be too blue to pick up.
