Biden keeps giving money away. How and under what authority? Did congress authorize a Biden "walking around money" fund? Today I heard more Biden Bucks to Ukraine, money to Angola. And yet, we have Americans in North Carolina living in tents in below freezing weather.

What a feckless congress! They have totally relinquished their role. Congress: toe tappers, white shoes, stinking of prime rib and Maker's Mark.
