Just my experience but churches/synagogues that allow women pastors are or quickly become leftist.

If every denomination did this there would be no differences between the groups; they would just become leftist political clubs. Then there’d be no reason to show up on Saturday or Sunday.

Get female priests, you will have to sit through a lot of homilies about their therapy.
