So IOW, the election of Francis to the papacy was under the direction of God Himself? No, that has never been Church teaching. The doctrine of infallibility is quite narrow. You should really try to understand it as Catholics teach it before you glibly dismiss it.

So how do you make the determination of what is infallible or not?
