So I’m supposed to trust some religious organization to make the decision for me? No, you are to trust God who established the Church and protects it from error, as he promised. But again, how do you decide what is Scripture? And do you claim that your interpretation is infallible?

Christ didn't establish a church. He's BUILDING a church.
And that church is the body of all true believers throughout time from the Day of Pentecost until the End Times.
