As these women are being favored for promotions in some places to idealize hiring DEI expectations or to counter a male-heavy top management, it discriminates against men in those same positions wanting to move up.

In the end, this really complicates all sorts of situations.

We should hire and promote based on merit, not sex. Women and men should also be godly examples, though.

What she is describing is the aftermath of 50 years of the feminist movement. They demanded and got their equality, they demanded and got their independence, they said over and over that they don’t need men, they chose the former and they did it their way. Now Men are just checking out of the dating system altogether mainly because of the feminist poisoned minds of young girls and women.
