What do you think? Not a strategy for evading arrest. Perhaps a strategy for ending his life?

Could be suicide, too. That’s what I thought.

Except he wasn’t evading arrest. It’s even stranger. From the article:

“The pursuit not related to any laws being broken. The pursuit was taking place in an effort to protect the well-being of Mr. Garner,” the coroner said”

Sounds like protecting his well being didn’t go so good.
