Except he wasn’t evading arrest. It’s even stranger. From the article:
“The pursuit not related to any laws being broken. The pursuit was taking place in an effort to protect the well-being of Mr. Garner,” the coroner said”
Sounds like protecting his well being didn’t go so good.
The coroner said....
Sounds like he was suicidal and they were trying to stop him and he ran.
