A Texas daycare worker has been arrested after security footage allegedly revealed her to be carrying out a horrifying pattern of abuse against several toddlers.
Catherine Guziejka, 44, is accused of physically assaulting a total of six two-year-old children more than 100 times over the course of several months.
She faces six counts of injury to a child with the intent to cause bodily harm,
The alleged abuse at Punkin' Doodles Day Care in Lindale, Texas, 200 miles north of Houston, has been described by authorities as 'calculated and deliberate'.
It was only uncovered after a daycare employee reviewed security camera video last month and discovered the alarming behavior.
The footage sees Guziejka kicking a defenseless two-year-old boy in his lower back as he lay on the floor.
Shocked by what she saw, the unnamed employee told the boy's father, who immediately contacted the Smith County Sheriff's Office.
What investigators discovered next was even more disturbing. Hours of security footage allegedly showed Guziejka targeting toddlers in a systematic campaign of cruelty.
She was seen kicking children in the back, standing on their tiny hands, pulling them from their beds while they were napping and dragging another by their arms to a changing table.
In several instances, Guziejka allegedly forced children to stare at a wall instead of a television while aggressively holding their heads down during diaper changes.
Guziejka had been employed at the daycare since September 2023 with the abuse occurring between July and October.
She was fired immediately after the assaults came to light after Melanie Dawn Law, who owned Punkin' Doodles Day Care, reviewed the footage.

What are the cameras there for if they never look at the footage? This was neglect on the owner’s part too.

A disturbing article about a day care worker. Lindale used to be home to several national ministries.

This will all be fixed by hiring Illegals for childcare.

Had a first grade teacher who was like that in a small town. Then a father of one of the other children confronted her on main street. It was the end of her teaching career!
Her last name looks Czech, so maybe is from the Ennis area?
About 100 miles away.
Makes you wonder what sort of demons she is running from.
No matter what Ms Harris may say, abortion is not pain free.
Send her back to her “born” country and never allow her back into US, because I doubt she was born in US.
I feel prison justice coming on.
amputate her legs
Is that anywhere near the Czech Stop on 35? I think it was exit 353?
One of key victories of the enemy of truth in the last 100 plus years: Give your children away for others to indoctrinate and destroy. Taking women out of the sanctuary of their homes and into the work place under the guise of equal rights was a death blow. There are still some thank God waking up to this and staying home to educate their own children. One of the most tragic and horrifying words you’ll ever read: “Infant Openings “ on a daycare . Who in their right mind would give their newborn to strangers to raise? We’ve lost our minds.
What a sociopathic sweety. Hopefully, she will receive ALL of the Justice that she deserves...and then some.
100%. The idea that owning stuff is more important than raising children is suicide.
Great bakery right off the exit. People are truly nice and family oriented.
Stop depending on day care.
Absentee parenting does have its costs.
I saw a bumper sticker once that said “radical mom I raise my own kids”
I googled her. Dead eyes. I hope she does prison time.
