The 2020 Presidential election shared a problem with the 1998 MLB home run race: the winning candidate did too well. In 1998, steroid juicer Mark McGwire broke Roger Maris’s home run record by nine home runs or roughly 15 percent.
In 2020, Joe Biden’s 81 million votes broke Barack Obama’s 2008 record 69 million votes by 12 million votes or roughly 17 percent. Obama’s 2008 numbers were anomalous. Hillary Clinton’s 2016 numbers were closer to the norm, and Biden got nearly 25 percent more votes than she did, a cool 16 million additional votes when finally counted.
Campaigning from his basement, this cognitively-challenged, charisma-free codger did much too well in 2020, and now even the Left is noticing. With virtually all the 2024 presidential election votes counted, Kamala Harris’s vote total remains roughly seven million votes shy of Biden’s ballot box-busting performance in 2020.
In trying to explain the differential, Michael Bender of the New York Times hinted at the truth. Wrote Bender, “[S]ome backsliding could be expected after the record turnout in 2020, which was aided by pandemic rule changes that increased mail voting.” You think?
As should be expected, Bender chose not to pursue this line of thinking to its natural end. If he had, he might have asked why only the Democrats seemed to have been aided in 2020 “by pandemic rule changes.” President-elect Donald Trump did not “backslide” in 2024. He upped his 2020 vote total by about two million.
In 2024, with life back to something like normal, Harris was denied the performance-enhancing juice that propelled Biden in 2020. That juice was formidable. The convenient arrival of COVID gave the Democrats a rationale for dismantling the safeguards against voter fraud in state after state.

From a democrat perspective on life, they are! At least in the moment.
First, you have to adopt the mindset that all of your problems in life are not your own. They were caused by others trying to keep you down.
Second, they think theft is a victimless crime... even when it’s against local corner stores... which eventually have to shut down. Then when nothing is left open in certain neighborhoods, see #1. It’s a conspiracy
Stealing elections is justifiable.
In fact, almost everyone who ever commits a crime rationalizes the justifications for it, with the exception of the minority of psychopaths who victimize people as a hard-wired pathology.
Cheating? Psh.... See number#2, and along with the socio-political justifications, you can lump it in with “victimless crime”, because people who don’t vote the way that you do are obviously apart of the conspiracy and don’t have rights.
If we are still pretending without protest that Kamala was chosen by 74 million actual human voters in the 2024 election, we are making concessions to evil.
One thing you can count on with Democrats is that everything they do backfires on them.

Trump did marginally better in 2020 vs 2016 in NYC, Los Angeles and Chicago but got shelled in Atlanta and Milwaukee. Hmm. Maybe because Georgia and Wisconsin were swing states.
Absolutely disagree! The Democrat party is a corruption cartel masquerading as a political party, and it needs to be exposed and destroyed.
The nation *NEEDS* to know the 2020 election was absolutely fraudulent, that the media-liars helped to steal it, that Republican traitors helped the Democrats steal it, that the US Federal government was deliberately trying to cover up and imprison people who objected to the clear theft of a Presidential election, and finally, everyone involved in it needs to go to prison.
Especially the Judges who refused to look a the massive amount of evidence of election fraud. Especially that Arizona judge, whom I believe is just a puppet for the Mexican drug cartels.
We do not need this swept under the rug. We need the perpetrators brought to Justice, and we need the American people to know that the Biden regime was illegitimate and corrupt, and that the Federal government has been weaponized against the people of America.
