An uninvited father of the bride crashed his daughter’s wedding in the worst way by allegedly firing multiple rounds into the ceiling of the venue.
Police arrested Haider Al-Jebori, 60, after dispatch received more than 20 calls that a man had come into the ceremony venue before the nuptials and shot into the ceiling before allegedly pointing the gun at the father of the groom.
Chaos ensued as wedding guests were caught on body cameras holding Haider in the parking lot before police arrived. Watch the incident unfold on this episode of Law&Crime BodyCam.

If this was a shotgun wedding, he did it wrong.

One report said he did not approve of his daughter marrying a “man with a different background.” I can only assume he is a non-Muzzie. Our state-run media dare not address this any further.
At my daughters wedding my SIL was armed my daughter was armed, Her brother and I were armed. Several of my friends were armed.
Who knows how many others.
WE all hand a good time and 15 years later they are still married.

I thought the gunfire at Islamic weddings occurred mostly during the reception.

That kind of marriage bring shame on Muslim family. He was obviously upset.
Luckily he have not shot anybody, but he might in future. Good luck for the young couple!
