1. You have until April 15 to leave the US.
2. After April 15, if you are apprehended, you will forfeit any possessions you have and spend three months in prison. Whereupon you will be walked to whichever border you used to enter the US illegally.
3. After April 15, anyone who employees you will be fined $10,000 and spend three months in prison. After an expedient non-jury trial, of course.
4. After you return to your native country, you may apply for citizenship - just like thousands of others have had to do.
5. If you return illegally to the US, you will forfeit all of your possessions and spend five years in prison. Each subsequent violation will add five years onto the prison sentence. Afterwards, you will be walked to whichever border you used to enter the US illegally.
You have to use harsh incentives to stop people from breaking our immigration laws.
