Thanks for detailing your honest personal experience with this type of B Vitamin. I have COPD, but I will pass on trying this particular version of the vitamin. No need to literally shop for trouble.

It could be this is not an issue for those with COPD, because they just don’t make enough nicotinamide riboside, on their own.
Yes, we do actually make some of this, at least when we are younger, as a step in vitamin processing.
Lee, Laz has tried nicotinamide riboside in the past couple days and he experienced a quite positive, early result.
