House races in California Districts 13 and 45 have been reported at >95% counted for several days now. Real Clear Politics shows >99% and Decision Desk HQ shows >95%. I would have posted a news article from today, but there doesn't appear to be any.

Heads should roll
In district 45, for the last couple of weeks the outstanding votes have been in Democrat areas. I had been expecting the Democrat in that district to win legitimately. If the Democrat wins in district 13, that one might be worth questioning.
They’ve probably stolen it, now they’re trying to cover up the numbers with ballots so they don’t get caught.
True. I always say ... ‘If the state of California was a business, no one would buy the product. If California was an army, it would be defeated.’
California is however a primo exemplar of a banana republic with its rigged elections, repressed liberties, and oppressive taxes
It’s good at several things (also hundreds of thousands of beggars, druggies, and alcoholics. )
... or hang.
I suspect it is taking so long because of scrutiny by antidemocratic Republicans. They have to sneak in a few false numbers each time the Watchers get distracted for a few seconds, but these intrepid purloiners and xeroxers of votes are working diligently to make sure that the Party candidates are safely chicaneried over the finish line.
True, that.

Only about 500 votes apart in D 45, which is surprising; but maybe they’re holding back on reporting on that one to make the delay and steal of D-13 look legit
It takes time to forge all those ballots.
The Pelosi kid is “curing ballots” to flip.
There will never be any stories published. This is CaCaLand, ruled solely by the DNC for years.
It is a communist state.
There is only one way out.
Why?
Is the mail slower in only those two districts or is the Republican in the lead?

There it is. So we might have to wait until two days before the election is certified so that bad signatures can be validated as good signatures
The Rats will count until they get it right.
I live in the 13th and right now a D win is the likely outcome. I think they have 12 days left to certify.
The race is virtually tied with thousands of ballots left. These are late, imperfect and provisional ballots that always skew strongly Democratic because Republicans generally know how to vote and do it on time.
You wouldn’t beleive how unbeleivably slow and lazy the elections office is, working minimum days and taking all holidays.

Democrats are working to unseat two Republican incumbents in California nearly 3 weeks after Election Day: John Duarte in District 13 (central valley) and Michelle Steel in District 45 (Orange County).
Grateful to everyone working the Democrats’ ballot cure phonebanks with our volunteer army today — House Dems will flip #CA13 and #CA45 because the voters chose change and progress! ️ pic.twitter.com/5pyMoNkWil

Christine Pelosi bragged about ‘curing ballots’ in District 13 between Democrat Adam Gray and Republican incumbent John Duarte.
