You can regurgitate all the fake Rooski garbage you want - most are (in some cases were but are now out of commission, flattened, etc.) typical health / medical facilities of which type(s) there are dozens or more in any large (population) US state. Good grief, any doctor’s office or hospital that can analyze blood or pee for pathogens and so on is a “bio lab”, or they send samples to such labs on a daily basis.
Other labs were normal research and some were, ironically, part of a program to reduce risks from residuals from old biological weapons left behind by the Soviets. Obviously (to non-morons) you have to have pathogen samples stored to do such work.
The insinuation that there was some sort of biological weapons development program in Ukraine in recent years is even sillier than George Tenet’s WMD assertions: At least in Iraq what you had going on was a sort of fairly convincing rumor campaign by Saddam, meant to frighten his neighbors.
