ric Abbenante @EricAbbenante There is not a reasonable explanation as to why so many precincts in Boston had over 100% turnout rate.
Edward Coyle @SirEdwardCoyle So, many precincts in the City of #Boston had #voter turnout that exceeded 100% - even up to 263%. If a precinct has 2,366 registered voters and they received 6,244 votes, does that not raise a red flag? I wonder how many times my d*ceased grandparents voted. #bospoli
There are 9 Congressional Districts in Massachusetts. We should be able to flip 2 or 3 seats.
This happened all over Michigan in 2020. In some polling places over a hundred thousand ballots were counted than there were registered voters.
AG Barbie is going to get Linseed Graham to investigate this ASAP.
Yeah right!! I believe that. All legitimate for sure.
Maybe it didn’t impact results in the rat hellhole that is Ma but the same BS happened in WI with a 3am ballot dump where the rats stole the Senate race. 100+% in several precincts. I’d bet MI, AZ and NV too. I have yet to hear anyone in the incoming Administration even mention it. I’m hoping they are laying low gathering data. Those four stolen Senate races were huge.
“ likely scenario for these ridiculous numbers is that you have thousands of people in large cities who are showing up at the wrong precinct to vote.”
Except if MOST counties are over voted.
There was always a competition, of sorts, between the Sicilian and Irish mobs in Boston, between Boston and RI, but all were pretty subservient to the NY “hub”. When I moved to Worcester for school, it was evident to everyone who lived around the Shrewsbury St area.
It was a fact of life you didn’t think about when you were a kid. It just was.
Now they’re all intermarried.
There is no greater cliche in Boston than an Irish/Italian marriage.

and you page down to page 18 and thereafter, you get the actual vote count for each race in each precinct.
Thus, Ward 1, Precinct 1, in the OP shows "voters cast" of 2133. However, the vote for the precinct is 786-226 for Harris, with 44 other votes scattered, write ins and blanks. Thus, 1056 ballots were actually cast and counted in that precinct -- well under the registered voter number -- and exactly half of the "voters cast" in the mysterious chart. Every precinct comes out the same way. The official returns for the city of Boston showed about 250,000 votes cast and included in the state count. If you added up all of the "Voters Cast" column you would get nearly 500,000 -- which didn't happen.
In other cities, I have seen these official print-outs that use the term "Cards Cast" which is how many ballot papers were counted. If the ballot runs on to 2 pages, every ballot produces a count twice -- not twice in the presidential race, as I just showed, but once in the Presidential and other races on Page 1, and then once for whatever is on Page 2, etc.
So, sorry, no actual overvote by 250,000 in Boston -- the "Voters Cast" column is just badly labelled and confusing.
the OP mentioned some precincts with over 200% of the registered voters cast, which, if accurate, WOULD be worth investigating. (as it would ACTUALLY be over 100%) However, I did not see any such in my quick examination of the official document (which is 348 pages long), but if the OP or anyone else can point to such, I would certainly look hard at it.
Interesting. Read for later.
