Putin’s scary moves aren’t the start of WWIII — they’re acts of desperation before Trump takes office: experts

On the surface, it’s hard not to see visions of World War III in Russia’s recent threats and provocations against the West.

But far from being on the brink of global armageddon, experts tell The Post these moves amount to the same old irresponsible nuclear saber-rattling Putin has long been known for.

More to the point, they show that the Russian dictator is becoming increasingly desperate in the lead-up to President-elect Donald Trump’s second term.

“It’s certainly signaling to the west. I think the Russians are obviously concerned that we’ve allowed Ukraine this permission to strike in Russia with Western missiles,” Foundation for Defense of Democracies’ Russia program director John Hardie told The Post.

“I think in general, they are trying to cow the west into dropping its support for Ukraine and sort of letting Russia have its way.”

Those fear tactics may have delayed President Biden from taking more decisive action to support Ukraine from the war’s start, but it’s unclear how that tactic might work on Trump, who has a record of not being intimidated and has reportedly signaled support for Ukraine striking deep into Russia, a source told The Post this week.

What a moronic statement that was. You are such an idiot, so it doesn't surprise me that you would make a moronic statement. First off that was the Soviet Union created by Stalin who hailed from Georgia. Second that was a fictional movie that came out while the USSR was still in existence and before anyone had ever heard of Putin.

Putin is not Stalin anymore than Trump is Biden.

The undeniable truth is that Biden is more like Stalin, and Putin is more like Trump. A leader for his nation, not a tyrant like Stalin & Biden. Putin has not murdered 10s of millions of people like Stalin, and Biden has never worked for the people of this nation. It was always all about himself. They killed killed millions of people around the world to help install Biden.

Your problem is that you are incapable of looking at this conflict with honesty in any manner whatsoever. The Soviet Union was an Allied nation during WWII, and without Stalin's help and the help of the USSR, the Axis nations might have been successful. So even as bad as Stalin & the USSR were, we used them for our own ends, and useful they were. we in turn were also useful for them.

In many ways, this nation has become much like the USSR. We do not occupy other nations. Instead, what we do is to make them financially indebted to us, like we did to Europe after WWII, and made them do our bidding as we sowed chaos around the world. Which is why so many nations actually hate the U.S. That is exactly why they created the conflict in Ukraine, for it was Ukraine's natural resources they wanted control of. It wasn't to free the people of Ukraine.

Getting involved in this conflict for any reason other than seeking a peaceful resolution only hurt this nation you imbecile.

Since you did more damage to this nation, I question your loyalty to this nation. Only a completely evil person wishes to bring death & destruction on a large scale as this needless conflict did. There had to be no war, there had to be no deaths, there had to be no destruction. All that had to be done was to back off of NATO expansion. There were plenty of ways to bring Ukraine into trade with western nations if they actually still exist.

As I look around Europe, Canada & Australia. I no longer see western nations. They are all controlled by leftist toadies, very similar to Biden. In fact, with Biden at the helm of this nation, with Obama & Clinton preceding him I hardly recognize my country as one of the nations that fought for freedom for the world. This was not a fight for freedom. This was strictly a fight to humiliate Russia & take down Putin, probably because he rejected their One World Government they are all seeking to create.

Perhaps you think that is a far-fetched claim, but that just shows you haven't a clue as to what is transpiring from this BS. Because you totally lack the capability to think in critical terms, beyond Russia bad. Well, I for one am not too pleased with how this nation has been taking freedoms away from the citizens to the point where they now treat us as subjects, while they view themselves as Lords & Gods that are above us unwashed masses. We serve less & less purpose in their world view, and deem us expendable garbage. If they import more & more replacement bodies, they can enslave them for whatever purpose they may deem fit. Oh such as body & organ replacement donors, whether they feel like donating or not. Sexual play toys, worker ants, or whatever else their demented & perverted minds can think of to subject them to. Americans are too accustomed to freedom, whereas the poor masses from third world countries will submit much easier because they are easier to fool than are too man Americans who still think for themselves, which does not include you.
