I don’t understand the neighbor. What kind of goons live in that neighborhood? Are they all inbred idiots who don’t understand an emergency situation when they see one? A starving child should mean a call to the police.

There are so many people who can’t have kids and want to adopt and monsters like this kill their kids with horrific abuse.
In wonder how they’d like to go through the horror they put this poor baby through.
