With Trump’s selection of people who have been abused by the system it is clear that there will be enthusiasm for his reform vision.

The US is a nation governed by laws and regulations. It is not a business where managers are in control. Bringing in good people can often fix a business.

The US has many bad laws and bad regulations. Trump’s picks will have to follow the laws.

Changing the regulations is not a fix in itself. Come 2028 the appointees of a President Newsom can bring back those same regulations claiming the same Congressional statutory authority under which the regulations were issued in the first place.

Even in 2025, leftist DoJ and agency people in a Trump administration with civil service protection can claim the statutory law should be interpretated in the fashion the regulations under Biden said they should be. And the judges appointed by Democrats (and Trump and Bush) can agree with the rogues.

Bad laws and regulations need to get fixed at the Congressional level.

Trump must not weaken the Republican majorities in Congress.

Here's a tiny but interesting snippet:
Clint Brown [VP of Government Relations at Heritage?]suggests to those disappointed in the outcome that under Thune reform is coming, that Thune has promised that senators will now have the right to amend, cut, and change legislation and ”vote on specific provisions of bills until they reach agreement.” That means voters, too, will have a possibility for greater input and senators will be more accountable to constituents.

“There are still many millions of missing voters, people who supposedly showed up for Biden in 2020 but stayed home this time”

Clarice, darling, they were fake votes! Come on hon, say it. Right now fake votes are flowing in races that are still being counted in CA, AZ, MI and PA. People who cheat have to go to jail.

Clarice says that Mark Halperin believes that even the most contentious nominees (RFK and Gaetz) will be confirmed because Republican senators are under pressure from their constituents, donors, staff, family members, et al. who want jobs in the Trump administration.

Until their final short drop and quick stop, the Demonicrats and DeepStaters will not go quietly or peacefully.
