Where in the world did the courts suddenly determine that saying what a person honestly believes to be true is somehow prohibited speech?

Regardless of what the “truth” is behind Sandy Hook (because we will never REALLY know the truth - though real human beings lost their lives), if Alex Jones genuinely believed what he said on his program... there is no moral or Constitutional basis for him losing a lawsuit... much less over a $BILLION in judgement against him.

The ambulance chasers even said in court they didn't care about the money, they just wanted his platform taken away and him silenced and never allowed to have a platform again.

Alex has been preparing for this for years and will be back on the air within hours, much to their chagrin.
