I prefer mustard, I think that the Jack in the Box “Jumbo Jack” with mustard instead of ketchup and mayonnaise is very close to the old fashioned hamburgers.

There are a couple tavern restaurants in Michigan called The Brown Bear that sell a 1lb beef “Bearburger” with whatever you want on it. Have had. Made 3 meals of it. Yum.
