Feel very sorry for Oregon as a whole.
This one, as a 28-year-old frat boy (a late bloomer?) bought the booze several guys had to drink in order to be accepted into the fraternity. One them drank the equivalent of 40 one-ounce shots and died of alcohol poisoning. I believe Leo did time for his involvement. The fact that he is in his current position shows the essential degeneracy of a lot of people in higher education. So in regard to his unhinged commments: consider the source.
