A pastor husband who came under suspicion after his wife's high-profile suicide in the spring has been arrested days after an FBI raid on his South Carolina home.
John-Paul Miller, 45, was arrested Wednesday and charged with third-degree assault and battery. The arrest was unrelated to the raid on his home on Friday, reports WMBF.
A witness captured footage of the incident, showing a woman chasing John-Paul in a parking lot and harassing him. The woman is believed to be a 'Justice for Mica' protestor, alleging the pastor was involved in his wife Mica Miller's death in April.
John-Paul was initially seen running away from the woman, Sandra Karon, as she screamed at him. He then turns back and confronts her, shouting back: 'What did you say? You walked right up to me.'
Karon told WMBF that Miller squared up to her and tapped her on her hat with his phone, resulting in the assault charges.

If the roles were reversed everyone wouod be upset the guy pressed charges.

I know nothing of what may have happened with his wife, but he's the victim in this interaction.
The feebles? How is this even a federal case? How is this even anything more than perhaps a couple of cops showing up to take a statement and issue a warning, “Well, it’s unfair, but probably don’t do that again, even if she’s in your face.”

You follow someone around screaming at them and all they do is tap your hat and tell you to leave them alone?
You did not have assault committed on you.
Could be argued that you were the assaulter not the assaulted.
Not what he was arrested for.
He was arrested because a crazy lady was following him around screaming and he tapped her hat.
Did he kill his wife? Don't know.
Did he drive her to kill herself? Also don't know.
Do know way too many people think they are the second coming of Hercule Poirot and they aren't. And they need to back off.
At the very least I would think a restraining order would be appropriate.
