Chauvin WANTS to be “guilty” of a federal crime!
If he was pardoned from the federal crime, he’d be transferred to a state prison in Minneapolis. And be dead within 3 months.

Yes, Chauvin was convicted for his skin color. Everyone knows it was drugs that killed Floyd. But Trump isn’t going to touch it and it isn’t a federal conviction.

Do you have any contact with the current Chauvin defense team?
There is a major legal problem with the Death Certificate that was introduced at the Chauvin Minneapolis trial.
The error is so obvious, I actually believe the Medical Examiner did it on purpose.
I emailed Chauvin's original defense lawyer - no response.
I emailed the Judge - email not delivered.
And, I emailed a state defense lawyer for indigent clients - no response.
The Death Certificate error would not reverse the Guilty verdict.
However, it would definitely get Chauvin a new trial, and, hopefully, some competent new lawyers.
