President Trump Please Pardon Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin for His Murder Conviction in the Overdose Death of Floyd George
self | 110/07/2024 | Charles Oconnell

The movie The Fall of Minneapolis clearly shows that Floyd George overdosed, probably on fentanyl, on his own responsibility. Officer Chavin was wrongly convicted. Anyone watching the movie at https://www.thefallofminneapolis.com/ can clearly see the truth, that Derek Chauvin did not murder Floyd George. Officer Chauvin was stabbed 22 times in prison.

President Trump, please pardon Officer Derek Chauvin as one of your first official acts.

I don’t think Trump can pardon someone convicted of state law.

Let it go. The communists have their hero and there is no need to tamper with this legacy.

You are correct. The president cannot pardon someone for state crimes. However, Chauvin was also convicted of two federal offenses so Trump could pardon him. But I doubt he will, as that will not really help Chauvin and it will cause an unnecessary fire storm.

“I don’t think Trump can pardon someone convicted of state law.”

Can he parole him?

Can he do that if Chauvin was convicted of a crime under the jurisdiction of minnesota?

If they come for you, I hope there is someone to defend you.

Sometimes you have to do what is right, regardless of the outcome. Chauvin was railroaded and all hate crimes and most civil right crimes are crap and need to be abolished.

Wasn’t the case elevated to a federal “hate crime” conviction?

In that case, TRump would definitely have jurisdiction.

Chauvin should not have knelt on the neck for as long as he did.

Video evidence shows he was on his upper back, not neck. Quit repeating lies.

I agree all he had to do was check the criminal for breathing and we wouldn’t have that hero of George Floyd.
Chauvin wasn’t a blemish free cop

Presidents cannot issue pardons for state offenses.
