President Trump Please Pardon Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin for His Murder Conviction in the Overdose Death of Floyd George
self | 110/07/2024 | Charles Oconnell

The movie The Fall of Minneapolis clearly shows that Floyd George overdosed, probably on fentanyl, on his own responsibility. Officer Chavin was wrongly convicted. Anyone watching the movie at https://www.thefallofminneapolis.com/ can clearly see the truth, that Derek Chauvin did not murder Floyd George. Officer Chauvin was stabbed 22 times in prison.

President Trump, please pardon Officer Derek Chauvin as one of your first official acts.

Also, the official autopsy report reported no bruising or damage to St. Floyd’s neck, throat and airways and showed that he croaked solely due to the ton of illegal drugs in his system.

It’s not a federal crime.

Trump can’t do anything. I guess Walz could. But that’s not likely, is it?

Chauvin should not have knelt on the neck for as long as he did.

You have been in the sun too long, not only are you a stupid asshole, your brain has been fried.

I don't care if this response is deleted by the mods, it will be worth it.

floyd was a druggy and was a dangerous CRIMINAL, AND CHAUVIN FOLLOWED POLICE PROTOCOLS.

All Chauvin had to do was to stop and check respirations. Even if he wasn’t on his neck. If someone tells me they can’t breathe and I don’t heed their words yes I can be sued I have had numerous CpR classes and they stress that

The president has no authority in state criminal matters. Cannot do it. Too damned bad.

Do you have a copy of the autopsy report? Here is what I found. At best, contradictory.

Okay, but not George Floyd, so does not matter in context of his trial. The courts have consistently sided with defendants on acts that are not convictions being presented at a trial.

The autopsy has more weight, no neck or air-way trauma.

I am a lawyer, the jury saw the video and the jury saw the autopsy report which I posted above. You obviously don’t agree with the verdict, but tough toenails, it’s a done deal.

You ought to learn that calling people names like a ten year old doesn’t make your argument any more persuasive. It just hurts you in the eyes of those you are trying to convince. And will likely get in a bar fight.

Violation of 18 USC 242 is a federal offense (criminal violation of civil rights under color of law). State courts can enforce it but it always remains an offense against the United States. He was convicted on an 18 USC 242 charge in December 2021 and sentenced to 21 years in federal prison to run concurrently with his state sentences. Therefore, the 18 USC 242 conviction is eligible for a Presidential Pardon.
