The movie The Fall of Minneapolis clearly shows that Floyd George overdosed, probably on fentanyl, on his own responsibility. Officer Chavin was wrongly convicted. Anyone watching the movie at https://www.thefallofminneapolis.com/ can clearly see the truth, that Derek Chauvin did not murder Floyd George. Officer Chauvin was stabbed 22 times in prison.
President Trump, please pardon Officer Derek Chauvin as one of your first official acts.
Good grief are u that dumb
Don’t worry Trump won’t touch this I promise
If you watched all the video, you’d know Floyd used the I can’t breathe in the car, out of the car, and on the ground. He was overdosing on drugs, but resisting violently, and breathing.
I agree, Chauvin used poor judgement during the arrest, but he didn’t murder anyone. His actions were all well within MPD restraint guidelines, as spelled out in the training manual.
This was a sham trial & verdict, fueled by the media & public figures to achieve an outcome. Chauvin is paying for it.
Nope. I am not the one that thinks someone repeating “I can’t breath” over and over again really can’t breathe.
That would be you.
read through this site’s article on it- Chauvin was absolutely railroaded by corrupt prosecutors
https://spectator.org/chauvin-did-not-murder-george-floyd/
You need to get up to speed. Chauvin literally did his job 1000% by the book.
I guess the prosecutor and the jury thought otherwise.
They sure did. They found it more convenient to sacrifice Chauvin rather than deal with the hostility of the press and the outraged public the press created.
There were two autopsies. The first one by the county medical examiner basically showed that Chauvin didn't kill him but that Floyd died of a heart attack possibly brought on by fentanyl and the circumstances. The family didn't like that one. So they commissioned a second autoposy by handpicked pathologists. A second autopsy was then done in which...surprise!...Floyd died of mechanical asphyxiation.
Look I don't want to argue this but you are so wrong if you believe the popular account of what happened here.
I’ll voice support for CharlesOConnell and his position. I did martial arts from when I was a kid, was choked unconscious too many times to count, and did it to others frequently. Chauvin was nowhere near a blood pathway, and had nothing to do with Floyd’s death. His railroading was an injustice of the first order, and he strikes me as a decent guy.
That said, sadly there is nothing POTUS can really do. It would take the governor to get him out, or a hand of God in some appeal. Doesn’t mean it isn’t worth fighting for though.
As for the animals who rioted, I deal with those people daily. They are not protestors, but are a domestic intelligence agency which has been coopted by elites to serve like its own praetorian guard in the US. I put the site up that is in my tag line, because I want to open war with them to begin.
“Doesn’t matter in the eyes of the public they saw what they saw and it looked bad on Chauvin”
The eyes of the public do not matter. You do what is right and take what comes. If the lefties who supported Bill Clinton despite Juanita Broaddrick became the majority do we all have to begin voicing support for rape?
“If someone tells me they can’t breathe and I don’t heed their words yes I can be sued I have had numerous CpR classes and they stress that”
I have taken CPR classes too, and that has never come up. Under what circumstances are you rendering aid, someone tells you what you are doing has prevented them from breathing, and you refuse to stop and get sued?
Not impossible it would get overturned. I have seen the domestic intelligence operation in the website in my tag, it exists, and there is decent evidence it has compromised court clerk positions to control the distributions of Juror Summonses, so it can rig jury pools. It is a huge operation which has run support for everything from the 2020 rigging of the election to Trump assassination attempts. I Have full 24/7 surveillance coverage from it.
I would assume in the Chauvin case, the entire Jury pool was a handpicked group of that American Stasi’s ground assets, who were told to find him guilty. It sounds nuts, but go and look at how massive the network is at that site. It is running kids in the schools, can mobilize a massive vehicular team in remote areas of Alaska made up of locals, and has so many agents it is just harassing random citizens. I have no doubt Chauvin’s jury was rigged, and if the operation goes public, as I am trying to do, so would that, and he would get a second trial with a real jury of his peers, not those treasonous criminals.
Derek Chauvin was criminally negligent.
“They were gonna convict him because all the mass media told them he did it. They wanted revenge on the white guy who “killed” a black man, and they wanted revenge for all the black people the white people have killed all the way back in history.”
It is so much worse than that. You have to understand, intelligence recreated the East German Stasi in the US, and has been rigging everything, not just elections. From what I have seen dealing with that operation, it wanted Chauvin found guilty for political reasons, and would have had an asset it planted in the Clerk’s office make sure juror summonses only went out to its civilian network, so no matter how jury selection went, it would have a jury of its agents who would definitely convict.
I have zero doubt Chauvin was totally railroaded by a system as corrupt as the 2020 election. Intelligence has compromised everything, and done so for evil.
“Did he check George Floyd’s respiration when he said he couldn’t breathe. “
In order to speak, you have to exhale, and in order to exhale, you have to inhale. If Floyd told me he couldn’t breathe, and I checked and no air was going in or out, I would assume he was holding his breathe, because unless he was talking in a squeak, he was inhaling to talk.
I’m a former employee of MPD, and know a few of the people involved in this case.
IMO, he was absolutely railroaded by a rabid bunch of media, activists and politicians.(but I repeat myself)
The jury was totally in fear for their lives, and justifiably so.
Floyd was jacked, not dopey, so it seems to me that though there was fentanyl in his bloodstream, it wasn't anywhere enough to kill him on its own, and the fact that he could speak enough to croak out, "I can't breathe!" over and over again doesn't prove that his airway wasn't at least partially restricted.
For God's sake, Floyd was crying out to his mother at one point, a sure sign that he knew he was dying and a sure sign for those restraining him that things were going seriously south. But no, what you here from the cops is an ice cold, inhuman tenor. Ugh.
Here's what I think killed him: A bad heart which was fatally overstressed by Chauvin's unrelenting actions restricting his airway. The guy wasn't joking when he said, with serious panic in his voice, "I can't breathe," over and over again. Listen to the freaked out pleas of the passers-by in the vid long version, which you can find on the Wapo site. Even when it was obvious that Floyd was gone, Chauvin and company continued restraining him.
I just wish we had patriots on the jury who would have counted the cost, and done what was right out of duty to justice rather than to cower in fear- i know I’m saying that as a couch warrior, but I honestly think I would have risked my life to make sure justice was upheld rather than have to face God later for being a coward and sending an innocent man to prison- maybe I would have crumbled, I don’t know, but the saying comes to mind “Death is not the worst that can happen to man” which I beleive might sustain me in my decision.
And tha5 is what it all comes down to- he was not talking in a squeek, his voice wasn’t constrained in any way shape or manner- he was speaking just like a man who had an u restricted airway-
In order for a man to die from restricted airway, he would be unable to speak without a severely distorted voice- I tried it, and it is 8mpossible to sound normal, even when little pressure is applied to the throat, and the airway constricted slightly- the voice goes into an almost immediate change when pressure is applied.
The prosecutors knew that fact, and knew that floyd was not prevent3d from breathing because of the officers knee, so the verdict was changed to something along the line of “floyd died fro heart failure brought on by the knee and lresure of officer Chauvin” which was a lie- Chauvin was restraining a violent large man, just as he had been taught to do. One of the officers suffered a broken nose, or cheekbone (can’t remember now) when floyd began freaking out on them and resisting being placed in the car, which was why they hauled him put and restrained him. Floyd and floyd alone is responsible for causing his own heart failure by resisting his arrest and confinement.
The cops did the right thing by immediately calling an ambulance when they first encountered floyd, before he was arrested, and complaining that he couldn’t breathe- they took his claim seriously, and Calle dparamedics, but before they could get there, floyd freaked out and fought with officers, which hastened his demise. Oh and the cops did the right thing again by putting floyd face down incase he might vomit due to possible drug overdose-
They followed procedure every step of the way. Th3y checked for pulse, found one, and at that ft, the ambulance was arriving on the scene, but had to move further from the scene because of the growing hostile agitation of the growing crowd, and that delayed floyd getting attention as soon as possible. The maggot with the camera, getting aggressive and belligerent contributed to the delay in treatment by paramedics.
